Cancellation Policy

Full payment for the Workshop must be made when completing the Registration. Only credit cards will be accepted. Your attendance at the workshop is a commitment and cancellations are not possible as DWS is under contract with the Workshop Artist. If you cannot participate in the workshop, your registration can be transferred to another person should you find someone to take your place. The transfer of the class fee is between the two participants. Please notify Bill Sherwin of this change. Workshop times, locations, material lists, etc. are subject to change at any time. If there is not sufficient enrollment, the workshop will be canceled and your money will be refunded. All participants will be notified as soon as possible of the cancellation, change of venue, times or materials list prior to the workshop start date. A wait list will be established if the class has been filled with participants.
