Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah. Nancy holds a Bachelors of Art degree in Piano Pedagogy and a Masters Degree in Education. First studied painting in Salt Lake City with classes from Suzanne Reynolds and the late John MacDuff. After moving to St. George in 2001, she studied watercolor by taking classes from Melanie Scott, Del Parson, Spike Ress and Carl Purcell. She is currently taking lessons from Lola Krummenacher and also Carl Purcell workshops as they become available. Nancy is a signature member of the Southern Utah Watercolor Society and the Hurricane Valley Arts Alliance. She lives in St. George, Utah, with her husband Richard, where they own a small business. Her paintings can be found hanging in Staircase Gallery and Rimrock Gallery, both in St. George. She has won awards in both galleries as well as the Fine Art Gallery in Mesquite, Nevada. Prices on paintings are not negotiable since each one is an original work of art. No copies or prints are available. All are in watercolor format and come ready to hang.
